The 3-course choice dinner can be booked for groups of 4 adults or more.
Starters
Mustard soup
Rich and creamy with Zwolle mustard, finely chopped spring onion and crispy fried bacon bits
Carpaccio
Thinly sliced beef with truffle mayonnaise, homemade pesto and Parmesan cheese
Norwegian salmon
Tartare of homemade Norwegian smoked salmon from the smoker, with herring caviar, salty and spicy nori tempura and a fresh dressing Westerbergen
mushrooms
Beer-battered mushrooms with a creamy herb and garlic sauce
Main courses
Schnitzel
Served with fried onions, mushrooms, fried bacon bits and veal gravy
Steak
Served with shiitake gravy

Beetroot and nut-based burger, served with cheese and tomato on a slightly sweet brioche bun

When making your reservation, please specify that you would like the three-course set menu. You can book online for up to eight people. For groups of more than eight people, please submit a request below.
