A traditional lunch buffet for groups
The Traditional Lunch Buffet at Westerbergen is a lunch prepared with care and simplicity, featuring flavours that reflect the countryside and the region. Freshly baked Dubbel Drents bread forms the basis, complemented by a soup of the day, a variety of savoury fillings, fresh salads and a hot option such as a croquette, quiche or farmer’s omelette.
This buffet has been specially designed for groups who enjoy dining together and appreciate good food without the fuss. The combination of fresh bread, tasty fillings and a hot accompaniment makes for a complete and relaxed lunch.
This buffet can be booked for groups of 30 adults or more at €22.50 per person.
Soup

Bread
The base is traditional Dubbel Drents bread. The grain comes from the local region and the flour is ground in a characteristic Drenthe mill. Sourdough dark and light multigrain | mini hard rolls | currant bread | sugar bread | wraps with carpaccio or salmon or hummus with sun-dried tomatoes

Jam | young mature cheese | herb cheese | brie | ham | salami | chicken fillet | Coburg ham | salmon
Salads
