The Drents Buitenleven buffet has been created for groups who appreciate quality and variety. From fresh salads and vegetarian dishes to tasty classics and hot specialities: this buffet offers something for everyone.
An inviting choice for business gatherings, groups and families who want to enjoy good food together in a relaxed atmosphere.
The buffet can be booked for groups of 30 adults or more at €32.50 per person.
Soup
Daily soup of the day, served with traditional Dubbel Drents bread with aioli, tomato salsa and herb butter
Cold dishes
Potato salad | beef salad | beetroot and feta | kidney bean, sweetcorn and gherkin salad | home-smoked Norwegian salmon | mackerel | wraps with carpaccio or salmon or hummus and sun-dried tomatoes | charcuterie platter with various cold meats, such as Coppa di Parma, Coburger ham and dry sausage
Hot dishes
Tacos to fill yourself with vegetarian beef strips, courgette, pepper, onion, mushrooms and fresh herbs | vegetable lasagne | fried chicken pieces with satay sauce | spare ribs | mini burgers | skin-on wedges | stir-fried seasonal

Pasta salad with fresh vegetables & a light herb dressing - €1.75 per person
Light mini blinis with traditional beef sausage - €2.00 per person

Carpaccio, thinly sliced beef with a fresh dressing and regional touches - €2.00 per person
The buffet can be expanded as desired with the following hot dishes:
Creamy gnocchi with truffle and mushrooms - €1.50 per person
Savoury vegetable quiche with spinach - €1.50 per person
Pork fillet with mushrooms in a creamy sauce - €1.80 per person
Lightly grilled entrecôte - €2.50 per person
Mild vegetable curry with rice - €2.50 per person
Mild vegetable curry with rice, served with a choice of chicken or prawns - €3.50 per person
Classic vegetable Wellington with seasonal vegetables - €3.00 per person
